StaffMasters is seeking a qualified Sales Administrator to help achieve our client's goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Job Duties:

Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Handle and resolve more complex customer requests
Process orders via email or phone
Contact sales team/clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Check data accuracy in purchase orders and signed quotes
Initiate and track orders to completion
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
Ensure sales team has tools and education necessary to sell all company products
Suggest sales process improvements


Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with CRM software (Salesforce in particular)
Extensive MS Office experience (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Must have excellent communication and multitasking skills
Possess analytical skills
Must be self-motivated
BS degree in relevant field a plus
Social Media and Marketing experience a plus
Interior Design experience a plus

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Salary: $30K+
